Our kitchen team will conjure up a delightful menu for you on the two days of Christmas (12/25 & 12/26, from 12 o’clock):

Carpaccio of venison, old Dutch cheese, truffle mayonnaise, chips of salsify.
Lobster bisque with tarragon and cognac
Monkfish medallions on caper-lemon-mustard stock and roasted black salsify
Eifel deer loin, rissoles of Brussels sprouts, potato-celery mousseline, creamed shiitake and wild jus
Small cheese selection with homemade fruit bread and quince jelly or gingerbread mousse on crumble with spiced orange ragout

Prices: 3 courses: 45,00 €, 5 courses 65,00 €

For vegetarians we offer of course a pure vegetarian menu. Please contact us.

On Christmas Eve (24-12) our restaurant is closed.
